With increasing tuition,
operating
costs, and a greater demand for
financial assistance, school leaders
realize the importance
of maintaining the long-term
viability of their programs.
A development audit provides an
objective, trained review of school
development operations, personnel
roles and
responsibilities, and other
factors leading to a successful
development program.

What is a Development Audit?
Development audits are conducted by highly experienced
and qualified development leaders with deep Catholic school
experience. The consultants work closely with school
leadership to clarify the needs of the audit, the most
suitable approach for building or enhancing a development
program, and then provide objective and specific
recommendations to ensure ongoing quality and success.
It is a review process that considers:
MISSION – evaluation of school goals, objectives
and overall vision.
OPERATIONS – evaluation of finances, financial
projections and development programs.
PERSONNEL – evaluation of development of job
descriptions and assignment of duties.
PREPARATION – deliver a candid summary report.
