New School Feasibility Studies

What is a Feasibility Study?

A feasibility study is an objective analysis of the market to determine the potential need for and viability of a proposed new school.

Through a feasibility study, a significant information base is created.  The study gives insight into the potential profile of the student body, sources of students, size of enrollment, number of schools needed, best location, willingness and ability to pay tuition, impact on existing schools, transportation, attitudes toward Catholic education, and other areas.  Feasibility studies can address issues of grade structure and even the feasibility of restructuring existing schools.
