Alan Meitler has been guiding and advising schools, parishes, and dioceses across the country for nearly 30 years at Meitler. In fact, he has played a significant role in over 60 diocesan and regional studies. He has advised leadership teams at hundreds of schools across the United States. Alan has earned a solid reputation for understanding the nuances of church and school structures, guiding them toward achieving financial viability, using data to drive decision-making, and building successful advancement programs.
Alan has fostered a team culture that serves out of a sense of mission to help clients be the best possible at their mission and empower leaders to be strategic and smart. That philosophy has infused his approach to change management and group processes, inspiring communities and organizations to define their vision and then help them develop a plan to achieve it.
In his off time, Alan is very active in his own parish leadership and he serves with a national ministry to college students. He also enjoys paddling the Great Lakes in his sea kayak and hiking in the mountains. Alan is an explorer and traveler.
