Michael Taylor serves as Senior Consultant at Meitler. He brings strengths in administrative, strategic, and spiritual leadership, with a focus on collaboration and supporting the success of others. His ministry experience includes five years as a Catholic middle school teacher, ten years as principal of Catholic K-8 schools, and eleven years at a Catholic university. At the university level he coordinated ministry formation and leadership development programs that served people working or volunteering in Catholic parishes or schools. Through one program Michael helped schools develop plans to strengthen the sense of faith, mission, and community among the faculty and staff of the school. In another program he coached school and parish leaders to strengthen their ability to impact their organizations, while grounding their leadership in spirituality and mission.
Michael has Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership from Marquette University and in Pastoral Studies from Cardinal Stritch University. He is an active member of the National Association for Lay Ministry.
After almost thirty years living in Wisconsin, Michael and his wife are now back in New Mexico where Michael grew up. In his free time he enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and traveling.
